Your rent payment will include your

• Monthly Trash Amenity Fee
• Monthly Pest Control Fee

Move-in Fee Breakdown

• First Month’s Rent
• Administrative Fee of $200.00-$350.00 (based on credit)
• Deposit Choice Surety Bond ranging $88.00-$569.00 (based on credit)

Our helpful team will help you establish your new utility accounts through

• Georgia Power (electric): Our homes are total electric. You must call Georgia Power at 1.866.660.5890 prior to your move-in date to transfer electricity in your name. In order to receive keys, you must provide our office with a confirmation number at move-in.
   
• City of Savannah (water/sewer): In order to transfer the water, you will need to go in person to the water department with a copy of your lease. They may require a deposit to establish service. You must provide an account number within 2 business days of move-in.
   
• Phone, Internet, and Television Service Provider: Comcast/Xfinity or Dish

• You may contact our Preferred Provider, Protection Choice at https://protectionchoice.com/home
• In order to receive keys, you must provide a policy number to the office at move-in

Secure your Deposit Choice Surety Bond

• Upon approval of your application, you will be required to purchase a non-refundable Deposit Choice Surety bond
• Please contact our Leasing Office prior to purchasing to verify the correct bond tier requirement.
